His background as an Assistant State Attorney has honed his skills in high-stakes litigation, meticulous case preparation, and persuasive advocacy. On a daily basis, Robert passionately fought for victims of crime and these attributes are something he now applies to securing maximum compensation for injury victims.
Robert’s professional journey demonstrates a consistent record of results in the courtroom. As an Assistant State Attorney in the 5th Judicial Circuit (Ocala), he has successfully prosecuted hundreds of criminal cases ranging from misdemeanors to serious felonies. He has handled all stages of litigation, from pretrial motions and plea negotiations to full jury trials. This hands-on courtroom experience makes him a formidable advocate who is comfortable and effective before judges and juries.
Born and raised in the Tampa Bay area, Robert has deep roots in Florida and a genuine understanding of the communities he serves. He earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Florida Levin College of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology from the University of Florida.
When not advocating for his clients, Robert enjoys golf, fishing, and most importantly spending quality time with his family. These pursuits keep him grounded and remind him daily of what matters most: protecting people’s health, well-being, and futures.
