Chris joined Bagen Law Accident Injury Lawyers in 2019. He was raised in Westchester County, New York, and moved to the Tampa Bay area in 1991. He graduated high school early so that he could enlist in the United States Marine Corps, and he arrived for boot camp at Parris Island, South Carolina, one month after turning eighteen. Upon leaving the military, Chris attended undergraduate studies at the University of Akron, focusing on a double major (criminal law and political science). After graduating, he was accepted into St. Thomas University School of Law, in Miami. Following his law school graduation, Chris worked for nearly a decade as a legal consultant for Fortune 500 corporate legal departments and prestigious outside counsel law firms in complex areas of Discovery within the Federal Courts.
Chris then found his true calling when he went to work for a Jacksonville personal injury law firm for several years. Over the years, he developed extensive personal
injury experience, handling car accident cases and premises liability cases in both pre-suit and litigation. Since joining Bagen Law Accident Injury Lawyers, he has personally obtained millions of dollars for personal injury accident victims. As a personal injury litigator, he brings a passion for justice and fairness to the practice of personal injury law, and he strives every day to hold insurance companies completely accountable for our clients’ injuries.
In Chris’s spare time, he enjoys spending time around Alachua and North Florida with his wife and two children. His hobbies revolve around being outdoors in nature, and he loves the beach, camping, fishing, hunting and boating. He also likes to ride motorcycles with his two sons.
