P.K. Liberman is originally from Gainesville although his family moved to California when he was young. After graduating from the University of California in Santa Barbara, he returned to Gainesville and attended law school, graduating with honors from the University of Florida Levin College of Law.

P.K. is tremendously experienced in all types of personal injury claims. He handled numerous trials during his first thirteen years after graduating from UF Levin College of Law, when he headed up the North Central Florida office of a Daytona based civil litigation firm, with his main focus being car accident injury cases and slip-and-fall cases. His experience makes him well-acquainted with the intricacies of trials, investigating claims, dealing with insurance companies, conducting depositions, counseling clients and dealing with all phases of litigation and complex litigation issues. He also gained expertise in handling medical malpractice and tobacco litigation matters.

As an Associate Attorney in Bagen Law’s Litigation Department, P.K. continues his commitment to providing excellent service to Florida’s injured by representing victims whose lives have been shattered as the result of car, semi truck and motorcycle accidents, as well as slip and fall accidents.

When P.K. is not in the office, he spends most of his time with his wife and children in Alachua, where he enjoys farming and simple living.
