Since founding Bagen Law Accident Injury Lawyers, P.A., in 1982, Mr. Bagen has been in private practice focusing exclusively on representing personal injury accident victims. As founder and administrator of Bagen Law, Mr. Bagen coordinates and directs the efforts of all the attorneys and staff on behalf of the firm’s numerous clients. Over the years, he developed the firm’s motto, “Fighting for Florida’s Injured” and is pleased to have produced BIG WINS for injury victims from all walks of life, including laborers, teachers, police officers, doctors, and others in their claims against big insurance companies.

On a personal note, Mr. Bagen and his wife raised two wonderful children who later graduated from Buchholz High School and the University of Florida in Gainesville. His son, Kyle Bagen, is now an Associate Attorney in Bagen Law Accident Injury Lawyer’s Litigation Department, and his daughter is a physician at Florida  Orthopaedic Institute.
