About Zachary
A Marion County native, Attorney Zachary “Zach” Frye-Lofley began his career in personal injury law immediately after graduating from Florida State University College of Law. Over the years, Zach has worked both as a trial attorney as well as a pre-suit personal injury attorney, negotiating hundreds of cases to settlement against big insurance companies.
While working for the Marion County Public Defender’s Office, Zach also gained extensive jury trial experience and is very knowledgeable regarding civil procedure, discovery, depositions, and Motion hearings. Zach now offers his civil litigation skills to our clients here at Bagen Law, where he is dedicated to providing exceptional legal services to injury victims who have been in car, motorcycle and semi truck accidents.
Outside of the office, Zach enjoys spending time with his wife and baby boy, and also his dogs. His varied interests include jet skiing, in-shore and off-shore fishing, riding dirt bikes, and building anything that can be built.
